How and when do I get paid?

Payments are processed biweekly via ACH direct deposit or wire transfer. You'll receive payment for all orders shipped and delivered in the previous two-week period, minus our commission and any applicable fees.

Who handles shipping and fulfillment?

Vendors are responsible for shipping products directly to customers. You maintain full control over your inventory and fulfillment process. We provide shipping label integrations and tracking number management tools.

What support do you provide to vendors?

Dedicated vendor success team, onboarding assistance, product catalog optimization, marketing support, and technical integration help. We also provide best practices training and regular performance reviews.

How do returns and warranties work?

Vendors handle their own return policies in accordance with Kuyadoga's 30-day return guidelines. Manufacturer warranties remain in effect. Our support team assists with dispute resolution when needed.
