Defective Item Returns
At Kuyadoga, we stand behind the quality of our HVAC parts and equipment. We understand that occasionally, defective items may be received. To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices, we have established the following return policy for defective items.
Return Window
Customers have 5 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for defective items. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine national holidays.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return request must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Clear photos of the defect must be submitted with the return request
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the defective item within 5 business days of receipt.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our designated return address.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm the defect.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items reported after the 5 business day window
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Special order or custom-made items
- Items without original packaging or documentation
Refunds and Replacements
Once a return is approved and the defective item is verified:
- Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Shipping costs for verified defective items will be reimbursed
Important Notes
- This policy applies only to defective items, not to change-of-mind purchases
- We recommend inspecting all items immediately upon receipt
- For your protection, we suggest taking photos of items upon unboxing
- Return shipping without prior authorization will not be accepted
